Buffalo Design Collaborative
The Buffalo Design Collaborative (BDC) is a consortium of independently owned design firms who have worked together successfully on numerous projects since the establishment of the BDC in 1990.
Located in common offices at 443 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo's historic Allentown district, the BDC offers its member firms a synergistic working environment that affords significant cost economies to our clients. Because we are able to operate as small firms our overhead can be managed to allow for the intensive hands-on involvement of our principals. Cost savings from consolidation of production staff, shared state of the art equipment and technologies, and shared overhead expenses allow us to deliver the highest level of professional service at extremely competitive prices.
Because of our unique approach to service delivery member firms are free to pursue areas of professional development most suitable to their specific talents and skills. We pride ourselves on a steadfast commitment to excellence and take special care to focus constant attention on what we feel are the two most important aspects of client service: budget control and project scheduling.
We do not pursue commissions unless they offer the potential for high quality design and nurture the responsibility we hold in the community as architects, interior designers, graphic artists, photographers and real estate developers.
Our collaborative team offers over 120 years of combined professional experience and uses it to great advantage on every project we commit to.
